Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Minka Dink tags attached and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
